AMAG Asia training programs provide information concerning the latest AMAG Asia related technologies and product developments and enhance participant knowledge and capability to support its products. AMAG Asia offers different training programs for different product lines and tasks. Several training levels are available, catering to different staff or task categories.

AMAG Asia offers customers training programs in four levels:

1. 1 day "On-Site Training"
2. 2 day "Basic Installation and Operation Training" course
3. 4 day "Advanced Training" course
4. 1 day "Network Management Training" course

In general:
· Training courses are given in English. Other languages are also available but require prior approval.
· Training courses are available at AMAG Asia training centers around the world or at customer premises.
· Training course is limited to 10 participants. Larger sessions are available but require prior approval.

On-site Training

AMAG Asia shall provide On-site (on-job) training upon customer request and AMAG Asia agreement. The training will take place at the customer site during the installation and commissioning of the product. Training will cover installation and commissioning of the product. The course objective is to enable the participants to install and commission AMAG Asia products. The course is meant for installation and commissioning staff.

Course duration: one day.

Basic Installation and Operation Training

Training covers installation, commissioning and maintenance of the products. Course objectives are to provide participants with knowledge and experience to install, configure, commission and operate the radio link independently, including basic troubleshooting. This course is meant for installation, commissioning and operations staff.

Course duration: two days.

Advanced Training

Training covers planning, installation, commissioning and high-level maintenance of the products. Training provides a deep understanding and capability for the product’s operation and will allow participants to efficiently handle planning issues and difficulties when encountered. The course objectives are to provide participants with knowledge and experience to install, configure, commission and operate the radio link and NMS independently, including high-level troubleshooting. This course is targeted to planning, installation, commissioning and operations staff.

The course duration: four days.

Network Management Training

Training covers AMAG Asia network management solution. Training focuses on management software tools, its installation and operation as a stand-alone station, and as a part of a network management platform. The course objectives are to provide participants understanding of the management concept and AMAG Asia software tools, enabling participants to design, configure and operate AMAG Asia NMS solutions. This course is meant for network management designers and to NMC operations staff.
